Centum Financial Group is excited to announce that its network of more than 2,000 mortgage agents will now have free access to it’s Client Journey, a brand benefit designed to help elevate the mortgage borrower experience, through Piper, the company’s award-winning, proprietary mortgage origination and customer relationship management platform.
Centum Financial Group is one of Canada’s largest nationwide mortgage brokerage companies, with more than 200 offices across the country, and the introduction of Client Journey will enable its mortgage agents to provide borrowers with helpful information at every stage of the process.
Among the features of Client Journey is a series of 11 emails that can be triggered automatically depending on the borrower’s stage in the mortgage process. Among the milestones at which emails can be sent are following the initial application, following pre-approval, upon the acceptance of the borrower’s purchase offer and even on the anniversary of the mortgage. Client Journey also enables video content, along with a closed captioning option.

As Centum Financial Group is a technology-agnostic company, Client Journey is available for free download via the Piper Resource Centre for use with any other third-party CRM system, including Kanban systems like Pipedrive, Zoho and Trello.
